Bad Customer experience

I had a bad customer experience at Usave Mangalani in Soweto at Chiawelo. I went to withdraw R70 and the whole shop did not have R20s. The reason I did not get any assistance its because the cashier wanted me to allow the gentleman behind me to pay for his items because she thought I was with him and she had scanned his items. I told her I'm not with him and she instructed me to allow her to continue and I refused. First of all she was not friendly at all, did not greet me, customer service is a foreign language which she does not understand. Anyway, she called for cancellation and when I told her I would like to withdraw R70, she told me she doesn't have R20s in the till and continued to assist the gentleman behind without showing any interest.

I even asked her am I not getting assistance because I did not agree to your instruction? She just said I don't have R20s and continued to scan the items of that gentleman. I stood there like a fool, is this how you treat your customers?
