Bad coustomer service

My son to buy with a card at usave klipspruit then the cashier siyamkela withdraw money from the card then I show them the proof and the manager tells me there nothing he can do about it serious is what uasve manager do to their coustomers I want my money back even if it's not a lot but it's my money I've worked for that money
