Bad attitude and poor service

<p>yesterday at i went to Usave shoprite in baker road germiston. to buy my monthly groceries after filling up my trolly the cashier lady was so impatient and rude to me because of my card when she was swipping it i told her that my card is broken but working and its late can she please be polite with it when she swipe it, so she did and say its declined it but i recieved a sms confirming payment and she insists for me to punche pin again, my mistake is when i say no cos it paid first time .... she started shouting me telling me how she knows how to do the job i told her she should wait to see if it will reverse or not the next thing all my groceries was scanned back without any explanation by her Supervisor or mananger i feeled so humilated and embarassed and i had do go without groceries only been laughed at. i went to lamton pick n pay to buy my groceries there without any problem with same card but it cost me a lot than Usave shoprite because of her.</p>
