Bad attitude and negligence

Today at 6pm I went to Usave shoprite in Alexandra . I wanted to withdraw money from the money market and still deposit the money, a cashier by the name of Sinah told me she can't help me because she don't work with money market but only with till after I waited 45 minutes when she was busy with customers. Before she told me the machine is offline until I call the head office to check and I was advised that she needs to login and assist me. She refused to help me and I was going to church with no transport money and I explained to her she laughed at me making a joke in front of the customersame about me. I went to see a supervisor at the back who told me she's visiting the she's from Sowetour and she refused to tell me her name. She told me she's coming she's going to speak to the cashier to help me but she never did that until 7pm when they were closing I asked the security to open the door for me and go without getting any help. And what hurt me is that shoprite was loosing customers cause she was just sitting telling everyone that they are offline. I never got a bad service like that on my life
