bad attitude

on the 5th of July 2015 i went to Shoprite Usave to withdraw cash from the money market counter. The lady who was assisted me had a bad attitude saying i couldn't withdraw the cash that i needed reason being she didn't have cash on her till. This was upsetting because i needed the cash immediately. This is not the first time i experienced bad attitude at this store.
