Bad and stincky treatment from Usave Dealesville

We are a small town here in Dealesville (Free State) a new store was recently opened and already the Management (Debbie and Jacque) insults their staff. I am a buying customer and what I heard is not nice and all. When did you ever hear your Manager call you " Hei kom hier so, *** ***.., we did you a favour on hiring you, we did you a favour to bringing the store to this damn town" what the hell. Work is where we spend most of our time and to be working under such conditions is not on. These people think because we are a small town we do not know what is right and wrong. Employees are not supposed to complain otherwise they not going to get paid, they work long hours while the contract said 6 hours, they knock off after hours and the clocking machine does not allow them to clock after a certain time, some scheme to rob them of overtime monies. The store is new but already two employees have resigned. This is a new South Africa where everybody has rights, just because you gave me a job doesn't mean I have to be your doormat, or take such treatment.
