Bad and Rude service at Thokoza Usave

<p>I bought a kettle on the 01 October 2016 and handly a week the top of the kettle broke. And i took it back to the shop and the "manager" there Thulani Khanyile started shouting and said he will assist me. He was so rude and disrespectful to me, i was shaking with disbelief and walked away leaving the kettle at the store. Now i dont have a kettle and i have paid my hard earned money. I need your assistance.</p>
