Arrogant teller

Arrogant service...I've just been to Usave Loskop and made my purchases and when i requested from the teller (male, fair complexion) didn't get his name because he was too Arrogant for me to even deal with him any further, anyway I asked for R280 cash back as I was finishing my shopping, he tells me there's a separate line if you want money so I was expected to pay for my shopping and join another que for cash back whereas it was only him working the till and a customer in front of me was given cash back in front of me but when it was my turn, he arrogantly said I must join a new line...clearly there's preferential treatment and that, to me is unacceptable customer service...I'm never going back to use any of their services as they have proved to be useless and *********** and lack basic customer services skills...so angry. These tellers must be informed that it's not their money, it's ours and we pay a premium for these services and we are not there to beg them.
