Arrogant Cashier/bad customer service

The cashier was ********,i wanted a cash back, he told me he doesn't have the amount so I must wait aside.. To my surprise the person after me got the cash.. When I asked him why, he said he thought I had left but I was next to him, after that he said I must go wait at the door with the security. Asked him what his name was he gave me a wrong name.. Think Usave must send its stuff for customer service
