Arrogance, rudeness and drunk in the workplace

On March 30th 2024 at Usave Gaba Village around 2pm I was at the store for cashback, I firstly asked by the tills then they referred me to Money Market when I got to money market thy told me to take the long que outside which I had no problem with, but while I was outside I noticed how they were assisting people who weren't on the quee I went to them (Tshivhidzo who did not have a name Tage on and Wayne the supposed Manager) I asked them why they helping people who are not on quee their respond to me was so above rude! I was so shocked, Tshivhidzo rep**** to me in a loud tone and saying it is not my business how they operate and that I must just go back to the que, I then told her does she even know and understand customer service, she said she doesn't not care and that this is not my mother's store, mind you this is happening in front of the manager who was also by the way smelling alcohol while at work, I asked him is it allowed to drink at work, he attacked me verbally and Tshivhidzo infront 0f customers all this caused a huge commotion. What really fraustrated me is that I asked for a manager then they said there's no manager he is off, only to turn out that Wayne the drunk one at work is the manager. I was so harrased by people who were only supposed to give me service, it was very very bad to also know that the person whose supposed to help me in case of any issues at the store is the exact person who was highly rude to me. I would not have gone this far to report this if it was just something minor, but I felt that I deserve my justice and as a customer I will like to request for further action to be taken on this.
