Appauling service

I went in to withdraw cash inside by the cashier as l always do at this particular franchise only to be treated like a lowlife by Justice Mawashe. He had no name tag. He told me he will not serve if l don't buy a packet of cigarettes from his kiosk. I then explained to him l don't smoke and all l wanted was to withdraw cash. He then blatantly rep**** and said he DOESN'T want to help me and he won't. I then asked for his name and responded rudely and told me that l had no business with his name. I then asked for the storemananger. He then walked away from his till. Then another lady came to help. The service at this store is appauling and they take their customers for granted since the store in situated in underprivileged community.
