A bunch of ********s

Usave Kew next to Alexandra hires a bunch of ********s who prey on pensioners during the grant money. My mother went to withdraw money and as she left realised that she forgot her card.she went to the cashier who assisted her to request for card.The cashier denied seeing the card.She asked the security and the manager there to see the cctv footage and they also denied. only to realise when she got to bank to stop her card two transactions has left her account which she did not authorise. Why deny a customer to see cctv footage as requested unless they are part of the syndicate of de*****ing pensioners or customers at the store. I am very much disappointed by the level of empathy the people you employ show especially elderly.
