Usave zone 11 disaster

I visited usave zone 11 yesterday,firstly twenty meters from the entrance,there a methane emmiting dump and obviously the smell will be all over,especially as you pass since there's no option but to pass there. Secondly,what a bad service,this to an extend that only one cashier was operatioanal at the time. Eventually when the second cashier decided to open ,no specific order such that whoever arrived last would've leave before. What a blatant disrespect and disregard for people. As if not enough,after making a payment I mistakingly left one of the articles I had paid for,only to realize when I get home. Today I went to the same store to request the article and literally the manager asked if I had receipts with me and when I answered no,she indicated that she couldn't help me. Fine I went back into the store to look for another one but only to realize that someone had just pushed the same article almost where I got it. Making me wonder if they are able to sell one article that's already paid for again?? Is that not ********?? It's only last year when a cashier simply refused to give me a cash back,I had to fight and call a manager. Again it's only last year when a client was shot at the same store and usave took no accountability. It's not too long when a manager jad a fight with a client at the same store. I trust all that doesn't happen in certain areas of the country,areas that also have hypercheckers and yet you only find usave in black townships,makes you wonder why they're never inspected like ****as
