Pathetic Service

i saw a rat few weeks back in the shop and i reported to the Manager. Shop was not closed, buy continue trading as normal. i went to the same shop now, i saw a Rat again and nothing was done...Basically it means in that shop, manager doesnt take customers serious or treat us fairly. what she cares about is money and not considering our Health. what a pathetic service given or rendered to customers.
