CRIME INSIDE THE SHOP

my mother lost her bag inside the shop and she went and asked to check the cctv to see who took her bag from her, she was told to go to the police and open the case then come back with the case number for them to check the cctv, she went to police station she was told by the police that the cctv of that shop is not clear they wont bother to go with her in that shop, she is not the only person to come and ask for help in regards to the cctv of that shop and they told the manager about it but nothing has been done, old people are loosing their belongings inside of that shop because they don't even have the parcel counter I feel that shop does not care about their customers, I contacted their head office and complain about this cctv issue and was told that they will check with the manager of the shop and come back to me they, same day got a call from the guy from usave Leandra and he asked that my mother must come to the shop the following day, she went there and she found a guy and the lady together with someone who was from head office according to my mother as she was told. they asked her some questions she gave them the whole story but the manager was disrespectful to her and they were standing in a place were all the customers can hear what they talking about, the manager was talking loud saying that she is telling the lies. Then guy from head office told her they will check the cctv and contact me since she is no longer have a cellphone. after a week I called the head office for feedback and was told that they are not aware about any guy from head office who was in Leandra usave they dont know anything about it, they only thing I must do is to tell my mother to go and open the case and bring the case I explain to them that my mother said the police were also there when she was called in, they said they dont know anything about it they will find out and come back to me up until today we have no feedback about cctv, all we wanted is them to show us what exactly happened to my mother and then we will take it from there.
