Terrible customer service

I had a very bad experience last night at Usave Danhouse. I found 6 Pack of Tropika Juice on shelve priced for R8.99 a Pack When i got to the till point it was R50.I refused to pay since it was false advertising or price misleading. Same thing happened to the customer that was in front of me. When i tried to speak to the manager that was in charge, He shouted at me together with the cashier(Buang Thamane)Though the cashier admitted at first as printing error. I got the cashiers Name on my till slip as they both refused to tell me their names. They didn't even have name tags. I then took a picture on the shelve because the manager now was disputing that it was there.I can supply on request. I am really angry and disappointed on the treatment i received by both manager and Cashier. The cashier even had a nerve to take away my trolley from the queue saying i am wasting their time. What Is Section 23 of the Consumer Protection Act? Section 23 of the CPA mandates that the price of goods must be clearly displayed and that consumers should not be misled by pricing. If a retailer advertises a product at a certain price, the law generally expects them to honor that price.
