USAF Matriculation Board

Have sent through documents got a response 3 months later saying money and docs outstanding. Sent them the POP as well as aramex confirming docs were delivered. USAF still hasn’t rep**** with what is really missing from me on their side it has been 4 months now. They don’t answer the phones(been calling every day for 2 months at different times hoping someone would answer)they have an automated WhatsApp messenger that does not work. Says type “agent” for a consultant, 1 hour later says “ We lost connection with you. You are welcome to continue with our conversation, we are always ready to assist.

Please somebody can you assist or have this resolved. You guys have the same complaints on hello Peter since 2014
