Very bad

At this USA Spares on Van Der Hoff Street, I purchased a door handle. I visited three times without success. The incorrect first one was returned with the original slip and replaced with the incorrect one. I was required to present the original invoice, which I had already misplaced when I returned it. Even if their goods are tagged, they would still charge me R350 if I wanted a refund. When I showed them my bank statement, they continued to deny. I had to pay for it.
