Usasports.co.za ****/*****ing your money

As I have 4 children that play softball in South Africa, I was looking online to purchase some gear so to have them ready for the 2022 season. I come upon a website Usasports.co.za which advertised gear and was conveniently situated in Pretoria, Sunnyside, at Loftus Versfeld. I placed an order and made payment close to 2000 rand. 2 weeks later I followed up with an email to the address linked to the site. I got a reply from Riaan stating that some the gears will be on order as they are sold out. I decided to wait the 7 to 10 days as indecated in the mail for delivery. It is now 4 months and I have not received any gear from them yet, or any response to update my on my order. The web site is also not accessible any more. There is a Facebook page with similar bad reviews.
