USA spares (faulty engine )
On 2019 January 19 my sister (Nomvula Radebe *** )purchased an engine for her Jeep campass 2.0 from USA spares for about +-R19 000 from a consultant (leclue). The engine was then delivered to the repair center of my choosing at MAG motors in Johanessburg . All details that where requested from vin to engine from my sister where supp**** mind you , when the repair engine was installed the didn't even start figures keys require reprogramming to match the engine . This means finding a programmer which means more costs, in any case that was done then the started once then from there onwards it never started , meaning it never left the workshop , for the past 2years we've been going back and forth with Leclue without any fruitful results . On the 23rd November 2020 i then spoke to Merlize (consultant) whom ive explained the entire storry to , gladly she says she will speak to the manager and get back to me ..well guess what !!!! She never called back i had to reach out once more !!! And she said to me "oh sorry my manager cant assist you with this"!!! I mean how attrociously repugnant is this ?? The manager cant even step on plate and responsibility????
As a customer this is realy frustrating..to spend your hard earned money purchasing part that the retailer refuses after services for ? Thats absolute nonsense!!! Tolally unacceptable.. 2 years without a car !!! Am sure USA parts can do better .. can we have a proper resolution with regards to this matter !! +R20 000 is a lot of money to just let it go down the drain.
Regards, Nkosana
