Car parts Complaint
I would like to state that on the 20th of October 2021 I went to USA spares at Van der Hoff street to buy a Fan/V belt for Dodge Caliber 2lt(2012) model.That very same day I changed my fan belt,it was damaged.i called the dealer and the reply I received was that they cannot change it or take it back.I paid R575 for it and it means that my money went down the drain.I need to know if this the kind of service provided to their costumers.Im really not impressed at all because I'm forced to buy a new belt within 24 hours.My car is stucked as we speak.
