Unprofessional poor judgement and treatment

Myself and my Boyfriend am very dissatisfied with the treatment he received yesterday when my boyfriend went for his VISA interview. I am currently sitting in America working at a Country club until May 2020 then i will be returning home. The plan was that my boyfriend will come to visit me in February 2020 and return in March 2020. He got the lady at the interview section and she asked him why is he going to America and he said to go visit a friend ( i am the friend) and she asked what is his current job position, and he said farming ( because he is currently a farming Manager in South Africa.) and he had documents to back up what he was saying. However the lady did not look at one of his documents after he answered the questions. All she said was "unfortunately your visa is denied, here is a paper go read it" We feel that we did not get a proper interview for the amount of money we had paid for the visa. How can she feel that he will not come back to South Africa if she did not look at all his documents that he took with to support his claim that he has strong tie to come back to South Africa.

How is that even fair treatment. She just heard farming and everything was denied. I feel that is very unfair and unprofessional. I will never do any Visa Interview in Johannesburg again.
