Still awaiting damaged bag resolution 3wks later.

Three weeks ago my baggage was damaged on one of two back to back US Airways flights between JFK & PHX or PHX & PSP. In that time I've left countless messages to their baggage call centre in an attempt to get this issue resolved and have had just ONE response from a very helpful man by the name of David who promised to call back the next day with news and that was now ten days ago with no further word. The matter is still classified as \Open"on their website"
