Fabulous service

<p>I was looking for a piece of foam which I could cover and use for my dog who has hip problems. I phoned Ursulas, who had done such a good job at recovering my old lounge suite a couple of years ago, gave them the measurements I was looking for and with an hour or so received a phone call to say they had something for me and I could pick it up. This is good service.</p> <p> </p> <p>When my husband picked it up and brought it home, I was speechless. Not only did they organise the correct size for me, they went even further by covering it! So instead of having just a piece of foam, which I would then need to put a cover on, they had gone ahead and beautifuly covered it for me. Wow. I am thrilled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every day one has to go through so many problems and put up with bad service but not when dealing with these lovely people.
