Terrible service

I would not recommend Dr Parbhoo as a Urologist at the N17 Springs due to his his receptionist having a terrible attitude problem and not being willing to assist patients despite genuin pleas. Considering a receptionist is the front line to any practice I find this incredibly disappointing. Firstly I was not notified that the The Dr was more than one hour delayed due to circumstances not within his control, prior to my arrival. With Dr Parbhoo being a specialist I understand this but regretfully I was unable to wait any longer at his consulting rooms and requested that the receptionist please give Dr a note to firstly confirm via email I was actually waiting at his rooms as proof to my company and i also requested a script which i needed desperately and obviously the reason i was there for my follow up appointment because I have an overactive bladder . To date the Dr has not called ,emailed or written the script as requested and when i called this morning to complain, the receptionist said rudely that she had passed the message on, to which I advised this was not good enough and she finds this incredibly humerous refusing to assist any further. Therefore due to the fact that a person can't even get through to the Dr due to being blocked by the receptionist I would not rate Dr Parbhoo at all and would suggest you try someone else.
