Urgent Tombstones - Collapsed Tombstones in Lotus

I am writing to you to raise a concern around the tombstones put in at the Lotus Garden Burial site near Atteridgeville for 2 of my deceased relatives <br> <br> The tombstones collapsed hardly a few weeks after installation and after numerous attempts to raise this issue with the Atteridgeville branch, this matter has not been attended to. <br> <br> May I please request that you address this matter at you're earliest, as this matter has been outstanding since November 2015. Please note that failure to address these damages leaves me to take any action available to me as a consumer. <br>
