Misleading and deceptive marketing

I got a message with a picture of a parcel that apparently has my name,phone number and email address but damaged physical address so it couldn't be delivered, so I had to supply that and pay less than R20 as a handling fee.I then get an immediate message thanking me for the order,then a welcome email for subscription!
