urent and propgallary - Wandile Siko (unprofessional and dishonest)

Unprofessional, dishonest agent.

Rental: In July of 2020 we enlisted Wandile, who at the time worked for URent when we entered into the rental agreement with a tenant he found and claimed to have vetted. Subsequent to that we never received any rental as Wandile took us from pillar to post with lies and constant stories. he then moved to his own establishment known as propgallary (http://www.propgallary.com/) and we continued to struggle in receiving any rental. to this day he owes us and has not made any attempts to tell the truth or make payment of any of the rental we are owed. the tenant then gave improper notice, left our property damaged to which Wandile did not fully disclose. we had to end up getting the keys back from Wandile to fully ascertain what the damage to our property was.

Sale of property: in the beginning of the request for Wandile to find a tenant he stated that he had a buyer who would want to purchase the property with a tenant in the property already. we agreed to this and began the process. There has been no straight communication and or feedback. every time we received feedback we need to run after him and fight him. we have subsequently cancelled the sale due to his unprofessionalism and the breakdown in the trust relationship.
