Wasted 2 hours at Urembo

I called this morning for an appointment set for 11:45. When walking in both hairdressers were busy with clients. At 12:45 I was told the owner would be on her way. At 13:15 I got my hair washed. I had to wait for 1 of the hairdressers to 1st blow then iron another customer's hair. Now at 14:30 the conditioner is rinsed off. I came in to have a weave tightened and washed and have had 2 hours of time wasted. Utterly disappointed.
