Worst ever service So dissapointed

I wish I could say I was a happy customer.Ordered 13 Dec 2021 Dep R350 paid .19 May i was asked to please pay balance as dress would be shipped by end of week.Courier R120 paid plus balance R300 paid in full.7th June i was told material had not arrived so dress still was not made.24th June i was told my payment couldnt be found.Resent pop Promised again dress would be sent that week 28th still no tracking number.I requested a refund.I got R350 out of the R720 i was owed.I cannot imagine any business owner having such bad practice.I have been patient.I have not once been rude, but come on Christine be fair now too please
