Urchin Couture - a horrible experience

My daughter ordered her wedding dress, flower girl dress and 2 brides****s dresses from this business. The dresses were supposed to be ready in February. Numerous deadlines were not met, despite voicemails from Christine, stating that the dresses were ready. We were told what day and time to collect, only to then be told at the last minute that she is not able to have the goods ready. She sends long, garbled voicemails that infer that the problem is with the client, who does not understand the pressure she is under, and how tough it is to do all this work by herself. She seems to forget the pressure that a bride to be is under. She constantly advertises on Facebook, yet told us that she has so much work that she cannot meet the deadlines. Rather take less work and do it properly. Yesterday we decided to go and collect whatever she had ready and move on. She did not even have the decency to meet us face to face, rather getting her husband to give us the dresses rolled up in a plastic bag. The dresses are the wrong colour, wrong size, incomplete, badly sewn and stink of cigarettes. Luckily we still have 3 weeks to make another plan, but at what cost? I would not recommend this business to anyone. I cannot believe that she manages to do this time and again. She has removed all the comments from her Facebook page but people are commenting on our personal FB posts and it seems that there are many more people out there who have been ****med by this woman.
