Heartbroken Bride

Christine Nel from Urchin Couture, I dont even know where to start. Disappointed is an understatement. Ordered and paid a deposit for a wedding dress, brides****s dresses and my daughters flower girl dress. I gave you everything you needed, exact measurements as requested, the correct colour for brides****s dresses of which you showed me the colour swatch. Due date for this order was meant to be in FEBRUARY keeping in mind my wedding is in May. Today I picked up a wedding dress... half finished because you kept pushing the due date EVERY WEEK and kept promising they were done when they weren't even close ,wrong colour and the wrong size BY FAR. Brides****s dresses in the wrong colour and wrong size. And my child's dress is horrific. Just a skirt of tulle that is way too big for a 2 year old. And everything STINKS of cigarettes. Now my wedding is a month away and I have nothing. You have left me sorely disappointed and a heartbroken bride. When I asked for the dresses which you said were ready numerous times and I told you I was going to come fetch, you were irate and rude by telling me it is not done and I must not come and if I come it will not be ready. I am sorry but you do not do this to people who have paid for a service, and have more so a bridal party. Dont advertise if you cant deliver and do not treat your customers in a poor distasteful manner and lastly do not commit yourself to making a bridal dress if you can't stick to the brides due date.
