Dissapointed bride

I ordered my dress and was super excited. a Week before my wedding i started to get nervous about my dress i contacted the woman and she said it going out today and as soon as the dress is picked up she will send me a tracking number so i requested that she rather send the dress to Bloemfontein where i am getting married and not to harrismith about 5 times i confirmed the change of adress and she rep**** with, Change of adress noted and loaded. After that I kept on asking if the dress is going to be in time in Bloemfontein and everytime she said yes. By thursday i still did not have a dress and my wedding was saturday my nervs was sky High. Finally she awnserd me after many times trying to get hold of her. So then she said it is not send yet she will do a overnight courier and as soon as it is out that afternoon she wil send me a tracking number and confirmation. By friday morning a day away from my wedding stil nothing so everyone friends family where trying to find me a dress finally we found one, throughout friday i told her how dissapointed i am and i want a full refund. After 5 a clock the afternoon she only rep**** that dress was send ect. She never changed adress so i asked her how the hell should I have known it was send becuase as she promised to send tracking number and confirmation witch she never did.

Dress was sended to harrismith and i was already in Bloemfontein. Her service let me down big time and was very poor service and comunication. I asked someone to fetch my dress and send pictures it is such bad Quality Black lines over dress stiching not done very nicely material not proper.

As utill now she is not awnsering me back she is ignoring my messages i have screenshoted all the promises she made and all the times i followed up and all her responses where she more then once said noted ect i even send it to her that she can see how she missed up.

Please don't use them i was a very tired and emotional bride and i don't wish that on to anyone.
