URCHIN ART PRODUCTS CRACKS WITHIN MONTHS

I ordered 12 dinner plates, and 12 side plates from them, and as you all know they are not the cheapest. After only a few months they started making cracks, which the owner called crazing. I took the plates to them in cape town, and paid for them to be delivered to me again in Riversdale. When I opened the box, one of the plates were still cracked or crazed, I let Michelle Kunze (the owner) know immediately. She told me it cannot craze so quickly after being re-fired, then it must be cracked. I asked her what happens now...as it came back cracked from them, she said there is nothing she can do about it. When I told her that I am not happy about that, she went off on me about being one very ungrateful person. I phoned her, and as soon as she heard it was me speaking, she went off again, and then put the telephone down in my ears. She did not even let me say one word, she did not even try to sort things out. She was so rude and disrespectful to a client that has bought quite a few other things from them as well and still wanted to buy 12 more bowls.
