I bought these so good glasses for me and my daughter and this Anne Johnson if she's real stopped responding to watsapp and email,they are a **** please don't buy from them,I did my research and found the company is in Brazil and contacted them and they paid back money after weeks of back and forth,the number in Google in UK nobody picks up,just pure ****mers,I even involved GCSO here at home,so don't buy from them......

FALS ADVERTISING ON EYEGLASSES - CLOSS AND FARE SIGHT
I ordered the eyeglasses as advertised - Use only one pair of eyeglasses to see close as fare. You don't need to change glasses - Paid extra for the priority delivery. It took them ages to deliver. Then come the falls marketing - you can ONLY see close-up better - IT DO NOT ADJUST automatically to see fare away. I could have bought a pair of reading glasses from Hyperama or Clicks for under a R100 that do exactly that - READING GLASSES FALS ADVERTISING

#URB-X-Gear is the biggest ***** company I have ever dealt with or heard of. How they are allowed to still advertise their **** products and ***** unsuspected customers money is beyond me .On 15 February 2026 I purchased 2 pairs of glasses that supposedly works for both far and near sited people. On arrival I tested the glasses which both were so blurry I could not see anything through them. I immediately contacted their so called customer service to request a refund. After 12 emails and numerous threats they have failed to response or refund my money. Buyers stay clear of this **** company,

Don't become an online victim۔
I have also been conned like many others۔ Bought these bifocal glasses only to receive cheap reading glasses۔ *****sters and con artist۔ Beware don't become a victim with this online company

**** GLASSES
In March ordered these "so good to be true" glasses, they supposed to adjust to your eyes' strength regardless of your prescription. Well prior to placing the order the CX was on point but weh oh my, after receiving order #7106 - ALL CHANGED. Return and exchange policy non-existent and Anne Jonson (if real name) went AWOL on me. So guys, let us just stick to Takealot, Shein and Temu, all these other are unreliable togather with their courier companies Speedaf & Meili Logistics.
