So angry right now

I’m still waiting for my refund of R1600.00. A guy called Sandile Khumalo promise to refund my money back since September but still I haven’t received anything from them. I’ve realized that this ***** company has changed the name from The Hoodstore to Urbn Store to confused people. I’ve send many emails, sms no one is responding. I also tried to call him but he is ignoring my calls. How long does these people keep on ******** people their hard earned money, this got to stop NOW!
