You won't receive your deposit nor matter what!

It is with great sadness that I am writing this email feeling not only ******, ****med by urbanvest but greatly disappointed.

I moved from my very comfortable city property rental apartment to experience your properties under urban vest. The day I moved in, I was locked out cause apparently the previous tenant moved with the keys, no renovation were done, no cleaning was done, no fumigation was done, no painting was done. We had to wait for the building manager to break down the door to gain entry. The cleaners came while we were moving in to wipe the place down. 2 months later the room was painted so nothing else. I paid my rent every month without fail close to R50 000, it may not be much to your company but for a hard working citizen it was an arm worth.

When moving out, the room was spotless clean but the building manager pointed a few black marks that happened while moving out but to be charged 3000 for painting which is really uncalled. To my surprise while waiting for my deposit during the 21 working days period I received a call by your debtors saying I owe money! How? When I'm expecting my deposit paid back. I was warned I wouldn't receive my deposit when moving into the property but as per facbook reviews I gave it a benefit of the doubt. Now I really greatly regret ever ever investing in your business cause I hate people who ***** from me
