Urban Vest Properties previoe First Trust Properties, are deliberately robbing people of waltoria flats no maintenance are done the building is overfloading with sewage water but they increase they rent every 3 months they charge for inspection after leaving and to do maintenance you must pay to do the maintenance yourself. then at they offices Jenifer more worried about the rent of the tenants don't check with the Landlord if the maintenance were done they building is busy collapsing but still nothing has been made to renovate the building pipe bursting are causing danger to kids some kids broke they legs of water coming from the the leaking of water in the building when ou ask them where is the water coming from they say they don't know but for a whole year now no-one has come to fix this problem i truely hope they sent ou a health and safety officer to shut down they buildings because they own workers are complaining about them being GREEDY...THEY DELIVER THE WORSE SERVICE EVER, CITY PROPERTY AN DHUURKOR AND THE REST ARE FAR MORE BETTER THAN URBAN VEST. SO IF YOU PLAN ON RENTING WITH THEM BE AWARE THEY DON'T DO MAINTENANCE YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR OWN MAINTENANCE.
