I feel at home in their flats because they value the lives of their tenants more than anything, so they always go extra mile by ensuring that they engage and advise if tenants experience financial problems to keep up with rent than to bulldoze if you are owing that makes us their family. I highly recommend urbanvest property and i can refer anyone looking a place to stay because to me its clear that its not just a profit for them but our lives as they are so caring to assist anyone in their building to settle. I also like their turn around time when you reporta faults, they are quick to respond and their contracts are clear so no *******.
