Urbanvest properties : Bernice Holman has no respect

I went to the main office in Pretoria Sunnyside..I had a query about my electricity bill..which i am being charged unfairly for. A woman named Bernice Holman kept interrupting me when I was not there to see her, I was talking to someone else, she is so rude that it's unbelievable how everyone else in that office lets her get away with it. I am not the only tenant complaining about how they charge us..there are meters in our room then we split the cost between roommates in the kitchen and bathroom however it is not split equally.. I'm paying close to R600 electricity alone...

But what blew my mind was the way this lady kept interrupting me and talking to me in a rude manner. Bernice Holman needs to be replaced by someone more professional..she has become the main reason for me giving in my notice to move out. She even called the care taker and was rude to him as well so it's not like it was her first time. She had the nerve to tell me to stop talking about what I don't know about when I'm the one paying and not her!! She is very unprofessional and has no respect!!!
