This Guys are ******,they never refund deposits,they will charge you things which doesn't make sense to make sure that you don't get you deposit back.They just nasty ******.they have nice apartments but their business conducts is just is very bad

You vacated the unit on 31.03.2022. As per the signed contract, it is stated, that the deposit will be paid after 21 working days. We do a Move Out Inspection of the unit after you move out, to determine any damages, paint or maintenance needed.
I also send you an e-mail regarding this. You chose to post a complaint on social media - I believe it is because you do not completely understood my e-mail or the contract that you signed.
Thus, you are not stating facts correctly.
