Unsatisfied & Disappointed - Urban Vest Property (Pretoria)

Urban Vest Property is a very bad agency, they excel in false marketing. With this company what you see is never what you get. I would never recommend this company to anyone I care about. This company is not honest in their dealings, the Urban Vest Central Flats in pretoria central was my worst experience yet, tenants were not allowed to have visitors instead tenants had to pay R 100.00 per night for sleep overs, the building was never maintained and when I had to move out instead of a full refund I was charged for unreasonable things like room inspection and breach of contract for petty reasons that are not tangible.
