They rob tenants for their deposit

I have rented different flats since 2008, but I never came across the company like UrbanVest. All the times when I vacated the flats I got a lot of deposit back, but not from Urban Vest.

I and the care taker did the inspection and every thing looked good. I was sure I was going to get a lot of money back. I am a person who is hands on, if a thing brakes I fix it immediately.

When I went to their offices the inspection for showed a different story, every thing seems to be broken. They charge extra for deposit if one is no good on the credit record. Why they charge more on struggling people. After their cooked calculations they only gave me my extra 1000 rand . They had added R1000 to the deposit due to my credit score. That means instead of R3500 deposit I had to pay them R4500 of which, I only got a R1000 abck. R3500 is gone and they refused to give me all the invoices for all work done on the spot(in their offices) , they say I must come after two days. When I asked why they say their are busy with other jobs. Now I am treated like trash. I phoned again and again but my calls are mostly dropped. I do not advice any one to dare seek any help from them, because whoever does so will be the next victim. I payed a rent that amounts to around R150 000 or more, but they still cry to rob me of me the deposit. They use their staff for cleaning and for conducting the inspection, then the deposit money is used to pay for all that. Do they pay their stuff some more money for the job or they pay them a normal fixed salary?.

They simply cant take a small amount from all the rent I paid to refurbish their flat?. We are leaving in a funny country where crime is committed by big guys. This is South Africa, we will pay, and pay and pay. What a nation are we. Fellows we need land and do our thing lets stop making our enemies reach. After so many years of paying an expensive rent this is the thanks I got.

It is very obvious that the inspection list is not the same as the one I signed. After I signed it they added more **** to rob me.

So many things are going wrong, but why, is it hatred?. Who can help fellow citizens. But as for my money I pray it don do you good 'UrbanVest', unless you give it back to me. Why should the rich keep robing the poor? They have big lawyers and fat bank accounts etc., but they will do any thing to get a dime from the poor. CRY THE BELOVED COUNTRY, CRY
