Stay Away from UrbanVest if you want a peace of mind
UrbanVest are a **** with their ****roach infested properties. The past three months I have dealing with Phumzile who I’m not sure whether she wants to help or just because it’s her job.
I asked a series of questions but seemingly, my issues are not of importance to them.
Why is Phumzile a contact person on statements she not the generator of?
Why a payment which was made on the month of March appears on my statement for May?
The payment that shows on my statement for April is R420 less, why?
In previous months, why tenants are being charged between R40-R100 for rental payments made via app or internet banking?
Why there’s no fumigation on your properties?

02 Jun 2021, 10:54A consolidate auto-allocated receipt invoice and e-mailed it to yourself, in which we received no response from your side. You were also advised to register on our portal, where you can see your statement/s.
