Stay away from Urbanvest buildings.

You pay for hot water - the water is barely warm. The building has ****roaches and when you complain, they send you to the building manager who never shows up (I mean he will never show up to fix anything.) Once you give them a notice you are moving out, they will knock at 9am at your door so people view. (Yes Guys, they don't have schedule for viewing like decent companies) WiFi works twice a week. They will always ***** your deposit.

Apologies for your inconvenience. ****roaches comes from tenants not keeping units/dustbins clean.

I take offence with your remark that we ***** deposit money , you are charge for damages to the unit. Please come and have a look at the photos taken when you moved out - it is self explanatory.
