MONICIA OERSON IS VERY RUDE!!!
Called in to the company to ask about an advertised property. The representative who answered the phone was Monicia Oerson. Rep was so rude over the phone and was even shouting at me for not being able to hear her as she was speaking very softly. All in all, she lacked telephone etiquette. Needless to say, I will not be using their services.

I do not think that you have your facts correct, or maybe you have the wrong company - as Monicia Oerson is since 2016 no longer an employee of Urbanvest.
