Deposit not paid back

My problems with UrbanVest Property started when I wanted to move out.

Because they wanted to keep my deposit and not refund it back, they started to lookout for excuses that will ultimately lead to the loss of my deposit amount. I was told that the entire flat has to be repainted.

I regret because I did not have a wish to RENEW someone else's flat upon my departure
