poor to no service!!

It is now day eight and not a single call has been returned from Platinum Global, to sort out an account issue. The cell phone rings and rings, without being answered. The receptionist will pass on the message, but who knowns if it happens as you do not get a call. It appear that they obviously do not care for their clients, as they do not make an effort to call you back. How does one deal with this?
