Urbanglide ****

I purchased 2 x sneakers on the 5th April 2024. After arranging the payment online, I received an sms with no tracking number etc. I have tried contacting urbanglide via their Watsapp portal as well as email and have received no response. There is no means of contacting them. A week later and no delivery. It seems I am a victim of a ****.
