Bad quality boots

I bought a pair of Urbanart boots over Black Friday weekend 2019. As a Nightclub Photographer, I only wear these boots on Friday and Saturday night's, when working the club's around Pretoria.

After three weeks(6wears), the inner soles were shot and I replaced them with the shelve inner soles. I went back to the shop (Kingsmead in Atterbury Value Mart) and told them I'm not happy with the boots.

Six weeks after I bought the boots, the bottom soles of the boots started coming loose. I then went back to the shop and they replaced them for me with a new pair.

This weekend I wore them for the first time and behold shoelace ring on the left boot snapped off.

Urbanart advertises these Crocco 10 Wax – Choc for R799.00 and for that price one would expect way better quality.

I have tried contacting Urbanart via Facebook and email without any success.
